Creating a Infra0 Account
New users can register for Infra0 using the sign-up page.
How to Sign Up (Email & Password)
The dedicated sign-up form uses email and password only. Fill in: 1. Full Name 2. Email address 3. Password (see requirements below) 4. Confirm Password 5. Click 'Create Account' 6. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email
Signing Up with Google or GitHub
- Google and GitHub accounts are created automatically the first time you sign in with that provider on the Sign In page
- There is no separate 'Sign up with Google/GitHub' button on the sign-up form
Email Verification (required)
- After submitting the sign-up form, a mandatory 6-digit one-time code (OTP) is emailed to you
- The code expires after 10 minutes and allows up to 5 attempts
- You can request a new code if it expires
- Codes are delivered via Azure Communication Email
First-Time Terms & Conditions
- On first sign-in a Terms & Conditions dialog appears
- You must scroll to the bottom and agree to continue
- Declining logs you out
- Your acceptance is recorded on your account
After Registration
- New users automatically own a personal workspace (a personal organization on the Basic plan)
- You are the Super User (owner) of your own workspace - no administrator escalation is required to get started
Password Requirements (sign-up)
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one letter and at least one number
- Other flows, such as password reset, enforce the shared policy: 8-20 characters including an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a digit and a special character
Account Roles
- New self-service accounts become the Super User (owner) of their own personal workspace
- Roles for people you invite to a workspace are managed through Access Management
