Use the User Feedback form to share your experience, suggestions, or feature requests with the Infra0 team.

Accessing the User Feedback Form

  • Click 'Forms' in the left sidebar
  • Select 'User Feedback'

Feedback Form Fields

  • Name (optional)
  • Department (optional)
  • Frequency of use (required)
  • Overall Rating (required)
  • Most useful features (optional)
  • Missing or desired features (optional)
  • UI Intuitiveness (required)
  • Workflow Improvement (required)
  • Suggestions (optional)
  • Recommendation / likelihood to recommend (required)

Submitting Feedback

    Navigate to Forms > User Feedback
  2. 2
    Complete the required fields
  3. 3
    Click 'Submit'

Note: This standalone survey is different from the thumbs up / thumbs down rating on individual AI chat messages. Those message ratings are stored in the database and feed dashboard metrics.
