Use the Bug Report form to report issues or unexpected behavior you encounter in Infra0.

• Click 'Forms' in the left sidebar
• Select 'Bug Report'

• Your Name (optional)
• Description (required): a clear description of the issue
• Steps to Reproduce (required): how to trigger the bug
• Expected Result (required): what you expected to happen
• Actual Result (required): what actually happened
• Severity (required): from Low (cosmetic) through Critical (data loss)
• Consistency (required): how often it happens - always, sometimes, or once
• Screenshot / Video (optional): PNG, JPG, GIF, or MP4, up to 10 MB each
• Additional Comments (optional)

   Navigate to Forms > Bug Report

   Fill in the required fields

   Optionally attach a screenshot or short video

   Click 'Submit'

• The report is sent to the Infra0 team by email (via Azure Communication Email)
• Reports are not stored in a database and do not automatically create an Azure DevOps ticket
• Note: attachments are collected in the form but are not currently transmitted with the report
