Bug Report

Use the Bug Report form to report issues or unexpected behavior you encounter in Infra0.

• Click 'Forms' in the left sidebar
• Select 'Bug Report'

• Title (required): A clear, short summary of the bug (e.g., 'Terraform plan button not responding')
• Description (required): Detailed description of the issue:
• What were you trying to do?
• What did you expect to happen?
• What actually happened?
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Severity: How critical is this bug?
• Critical: Platform is unusable / data at risk
• High: Major feature is broken but workarounds exist
• Medium: Feature partially works or UI issue
• Low: Minor visual/cosmetic issue
• Attachments: Attach screenshots, logs, or error messages to help diagnose the issue

   Navigate to Forms > Bug Report

   Fill in the Title, Description, and Severity

   Attach any relevant files or screenshots

   Click 'Submit'

   You will receive a confirmation that your report was received

• Your bug report is reviewed by the Infra0 team
• High and Critical bugs are prioritized for immediate investigation
• You may be contacted for additional information
