Settings Overview

Settings

The Settings page lets you configure your account, notifications, appearance, and workspace preferences.

Accessing Settings

  • Click 'Settings' in the left sidebar
  • Or click your profile picture/avatar in the top-right header and select 'Settings'

Settings Tabs

    General Settings
    • Profile information (name, email)
    • Account status (Active/Inactive)
    • Current role displayed
    • Authentication method (which OAuth provider or email)
    • Account actions (update profile, change password)

    Dock Settings
    • Configure the Terraform Dock in the Workspace Editor
    • Position: Left, Center, or Right alignment on screen
    • Orientation: Horizontal (items side by side) or Vertical (items stacked)
    • Changes apply immediately when you next open a workspace

    Notification Settings
    • Configure which events trigger notifications
    • Enable/disable email notifications
    • Select notification frequency (immediate, daily digest, weekly)
    • Events you can subscribe to:
    • Deployment completed/failed
    • Drift detection results
    • Access request decisions
    • Ticket status changes
    • New team members added

    Language Settings
    • Select preferred interface language
    • Date and time format preferences

    Payment Settings
    • View subscription plan details
    • Manage billing information
    • View usage metrics and limits

    Transaction Reports
    • Download reports of platform usage
    • Filter by date range
    • Useful for billing and cost allocation

Theme (Dark/Light Mode)

  • Toggle between dark and light mode using the sun/moon icon in the top header
  • Theme preference is saved per browser session
